The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague announced on Saturday postponed three round 20 games due to positive COVID-19 cases.

The match between Bitci Baskonia Vitoria - Gasteiz and Anadolu Efes, as well as that between Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade and Real Madrid, were added to the organization's suspended list upon the requests of Baskonia and Belgrade.

Earlier on Saturday, the game between AS Monaco and UNICS Kazan had also been suspended.

EuroLeague announced that UNICS requested the suspension of the match, scheduled to be played on Tuesday, after several team members tested coronavirus positive, rendering the side unable to form a squad with the minimum eight players.

Four EuroLeague Round 20 games are now suspended as Zenit St Petersburg - LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne game was also postponed on Friday at the request of Zenit after several of their team members also tested positive for COVID-19.

According to special COVID-19 regulations, a game can be rescheduled up to three times, provided that there are dates available.

EuroLeague added that it would coordinate with the affected teams for the best options to reschedule the games and that alternative dates would be announced on official EuroLeague Basketball platforms.
