American chefs cook up Turkish cuisine in Las Vegas competition

Using Turkish produce and products, American chefs competed in Las Vegas during the Turkish Tastes Culinary Competition 2021 initiated by the Aegean Exporters' Association, a non-profit organization based in Turkey. The non-profit had previously signed an agreement with the University of Las Vegas to ensure Turkish cuisine be included in the curriculum of the William F. Harrah Tourism and Hotel Management School for 5 years, as it successfully carries out promotional activities to increase Turkey's export of local products across the world.
